We use various tools (e.g., treats, toys, leashes and the Sit Means Sit Collar) to support our attention-based learning programs. Recognizing every dog is unique, we’ll adapt our methods to provide a thorough and effective training experience for each. We also know that owners are integral to the training process, which is why we’ll equip you with knowledge and skills to foster your dog’s progress at home. By the end of the training journey, pet families will walk away knowing that they have what they need to enjoy a more harmonious relationship.

What Types of Training Classes Do You Offer?

Our training programs can accommodate the diverse needs of pups and owners. Available options include:

Foundational training for therapy dogs is available, but we currently do not offer full therapy dog or service dog certification.

Using a customizable electronic ‘tap,’ the collar can gain your dog’s attention and trigger reminders of proper behavior. Your dog can learn to associate the ‘taps’ with positive outcomes and choosing good behavior. Think of it like a tap on the shoulder. These gentle reminders tip off your dog to stay focused and react appropriately when off-leash or in distracting, stressful situations.
